Unilock opens an application for paving future scholarships

Unilock announces Paving the Future Scholarship. This scholarship, which awards $ 5,000 to students in the fields of landscape construction and landscape architecture research, will help pay for education such as tuition, books, housing and transportation. Up to 27 scholarships will be awarded and a deadline for qualified students will be granted on August 31, 2022.

To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the companyth Anniversary since its founding by Ed Bryant, the Unilock Pavement Future Scholarship demonstrates Unilock’s commitment to invest in a new generation of landscape design, architecture and construction leaders. To qualify, students must be in their final year of research, actively involved in the community, and show their ambition to become the ideological leader of tomorrow’s landscaping industry.

Applications will be accepted from May 1st to August 31st, 2022, including essays explaining why applicants are passionate about landscaping and their careers and their willingness to contribute significantly to the industry as a whole. Scholarship eligibility and evaluation

To qualify, the applicant must do the following:

  • Being a permanent resident of Ontario, USA or Canada
  • Enroll in the final year of a full-time, post-higher education undergraduate or graduate program within a landscape construction or landscape architecture study area
  • Show academic excellence, maintain B’s lowest cumulative average grades, and show a desire to pursue a career in their field of study.
  • Demonstrate ongoing leadership and community commitment
